Greenenergy Sustainability is an environmental sustainability and project management consulting firm specializing in sustainability and LEED Projects. We guide clients with designing, building, and operation & maintenance of energy efficient buildings. We are proficient in all types of LEED have extensive experience with the USGBC’s various LEED rating systems including LEED for Schools, New Construction, Core & Shell, Commercial Interiors, Retail, Healthcare, Existing Buildings and more. Our expertise is in helping clients achieve LEED/WELL/Other sustainability certifications.

Rohinee Himalian, LEED AP+ BD+C (NC, Schools, C&S), Principal & Founder
Rohinee started her career as an Architect, and has 20 years of experience leading teams in the design and construction industry for projects over 2 Billion dollars. Rohinee has experience with commercial, institutional, schools, residential and healthcare projects in both public and private sector and has managed over 50 sustainability projects. Rohinee is really passionate about environmental sustainability and is now pursuing her passion by helping with designing and building energy efficient buildings that have a positive impact on the Environment.
Rohinee has a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from IIT, Chicago, and Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. She is also a LEED AP+ with accreditation in Schools, New Construction and Core & Shell categories.
